How do i create a Bootable disc...i am presently using Nero Express 6

Well assuming your working with an ISO or Bin/Cue file, go to Image,Project,Copy in the left column and click it..Then choose disk Image or Saved Project.

No problem. Just an fyi, make sure you adjust your bios to boot from your ROM first then your hard drive. ;)
