Will a online firmware update (through my BluRay player) affect my multi-region hack?
My player is a UK model (the store I bought it from did the Multi-region hack); so will the future firmware updates restore the player back to its original UK region?

it depends on the firmware

what's the firmware update for and not only that even after firware try to re-install the region free....install and let see if it works if it doesn't rollback to previous ones

I have done several official online updates and my Multi-region hack hasn?t been affected
