DS FIRE CARD "Free Disk not enough" error, won't play any games

Please help, i have a Fire Card loaded with games.
Played it for a few days now no games will play.

When a game is selected in the menu Free disk not enough is diplayed.

Is the only solution the removal of all SAV files every few days or is there a way round this to purge unnecessary memory sappin crap?

Please advise.
