Hi, I have an HP Pavillion Desktop which is running xp and is approx 4 years old.
Whenever I switch it on it goes directly into sleep mode and will not wake up, I don't even get to the startup page.
The only way to shut down is to hold the on/off button and then restart.
Please help!!!!
