going by this link which is the sa20 version.
http://www.acerpanam.com/flex/ACER/acerspecification.cfm?id=299
it looks like you are using a socket 478 & not a socket 775 but not positive.
Processor Intel® Pentium® 4 processor, up to 2.93GHz, 533/800MHz system bus or
Intel® Celeron® processor up to 2.93GHz, 533MHz system bus

It's not worth upgrading your CPU. Even if you get the best socket 478 CPU it wont increase performance much.

cuz the fan stoped :/

if it overheats with a celeron, it'll overheat much faster with a P4. Those things run HOT. If the fan isn't working, fix the fan!

Fair enough, never heard of that problem, but I've never used that program either. Realistically, you're probably looking at a maximum gain of 25% using the P4 3.2, whereas going with even a cheap new CPU in a new board such as the E2200 would give you a monumental boost of around 220%.
Oh, and by the way, before you get collared by a moderator, the maximum file size for signatures on aD is 50KB, and yours is three times that. Might be wise to cut it down a bit... ;-)

That's not the point. People who open this page have to load it. For 56k users they have to wait an entire minute for your signature to load before they can see the rest of the page.

don't have to remove it, just reduce it to forum specs of 50k or less.
