!!My Cect P168 has a weird Problem!!!

I Bought this phone like two weeks ago...The phone works perfectly without the simcard but when I put the simcard in, it restarts by itself and the screen goes white...I dont know what I did wrong...!!Please Help!!! I also have a viedo en youtube... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BSWSQ2QoNlQ
