i have just bought this box yesterday i can only get the ordinary channels can any body help

The box you have bought will only have FTA (Free to air) firmware on and so will need to be flashed with the appropriate firmware. Go to here for the complete guide/firmware/leads required and illustrations courtesy of Hiteck >>
