im not sure whats wrong...i can hear people talk but when i talk no one can hear what im saying...doea anyone know how to fix this problem?

When I first plug my headset in, it has a setup to test your voice and volume.

Is there no settings in the game options to change it, or are you sure you have the headset switched on.
