Quick question about using S-video with my tv

Hey everyone I am just wondering if it was possible for me to quickly switch from my monitor to my tv view. Or even better if I could have my tv always show what's on my desktop.

I am using Nvidia 8600, and there is an option for duel individual displays but it looks like it's meant for dual screens and my TV only shows a left part of my screen no matter how I configure it.

A second question is if it was possible to manipulate how the video looks on TV and if I can get rid of the barrel sort of look with corners twisting inside. Thanks
