Hello,
New to the forum. I keep getting a Session Fixation Error when I try burning an ISO image to a DVD+R. I had success with about 4,but after that i continually am getting this error.
Running XP with SP2

Please note I also had an old copy of 7.1 around, I uninstalled 8.1 and installed 7.10.1, and got the same error... here is the log

Your drive that's going on 4 years old cannot read the disc.
What type of media are you using?

Hmm I didn't catch that ha ha... I am using maxell DVD+R 4.7
So it might just be because my DVD burning drive is so old?
I might pick up an external drive

Yes... I burned about 6 in a row that worked.. Then I tried about a dozen since then that have me errors
I have used it to burn audio cds for years without problems. This week was the first time I tried burning anything on a DVD.

Umm never heh... I get nervous when it comes to opening up my case.. What would be the best way to clean it? And I'm not sure how to even get to the laser

In all these years you never cleaned the lens? You can buy one in any video store for around 10 bucks.
