HI GOT A NEW CAMCORDER THE PICTURE IS PUT ONTO A SONY MEMORY CARD HAVING TROUBLE CONVERTING IT ONTO DVD GOT TOLD SONY VEGAS WOULD DO IT?????????

It might help others who want to help you if you told them what model camcorder you are using and what "HD Video Stream" you are talking about. There are several versions of Sony Vegas.
