Adobe encore dvd stuck at 'building menus'

After days of trying to get subs into adobe encore dvd, that succeeded like i wanted, but now when i try to build an folder or image, it's stuck at 'building menus'. I have waited 2 hours the first time :) and i had to force in task manager to shut it down ...
My hd LED didnt light so it was just doing nothing ...
It has to do with the subs, without them it compiles.
I don't have any menu, so why is he stuck there...
