Hi, I have a lg phone, mg230- rarely used in N. america, and I wanted to connect it to the pc, and after a year of waiting, I managed to find the right program, LG Mobile Sync, for the phone.
anyway, once i start the program, everything works fine and dandy, until i try and make the connection, when the program closes, because its "no longer running".

I think most of you might have guessed that i have vista, which is a huge pain in the ass. i tried running it in compat mode, but the program never starts, it just stays in the flash screen.

also, I use the serial cable instead of a usb one because my usb doesnt get recognized by the program.

finally, if anyone could help me find out a way to unlock this phone, cause I would love to be able to use it here.

I would appreciate any help guys, thanks.
