What is the script with the spread of new files?
Am I just impatient or is it more likely that it?s just an abundance of filthy high bandwidth leechers?
Suppose I?d better explain myself?.and put things down as I understand them - Please someone put me straight if I?m regressing into some personal Utopian day dream or if I just don?t know what I?m talking about?..

-You go look at some release tracking site.
-Find something you like.
-Its brand new, Emule?s lettin? you know the files availability by its number of sources, and there?s not many.
-Eventually you start to get somewhere and start downloading.
-Surely if it?s a new movie release people know its gonna be popular, and the idea of a ?share network? is to share, so, as it becomes available in your ?shared folder?, because you know, it?s brand new with limited availability, and because it?s a ?share network?, and if you have the bandwidth and the God damn selflessness, you set the file to RELEASE, popularly known as POWER-SHARE !!!
-The file then replicates through the network faster as result.

Alternatively you can just follow the fist two steps and then wait from at least a fortnight to month before attempting to download it, or never release a file ever or in limitation, and sit smugly in the satisfaction that you only had to eek out as little as was reasonably possible of a new file, which you had completed downloading an ?age ago? and were now onto something far less ?old-hat?.

My hatred flows from the piss-poor availability of files (DVDR my popular choice) after two weeks sometimes. Logic dictates that there are sufficient high bandwidth users who could be doing more.

Is this a problem specifically with DVDR files or just anything new? Is it a necessity that you be pally with the guys who post these releases, or who are well known/liked on the release site forum to ensure earlier availability to then share? Is it a case of ?private? friends groups being established over the network? Wha' the fuh' is it?

I?ve heard of a best selling book in which a humble mule bore the mother of a God on earth. I don?t know him but I heard off some dude that this bloke once shared all of his lunch, with a football stadium full of people, and his mule had to carry them all - now that?s sharing!

Anyway, I digress. I?m not talking about speed of downloads; it?s about an early spread, which I'm led to believe is popular in all walks of life.

Please someone tell me I?ve got it all wrong, that these secret societies don?t exist, that I?m a closeted man of God, and that greed doesn?t rule amongst those who are better endowed and I?ll go book the shock-treatment now?..

?..Alternatively, if I?m on the right lines, what can be done about these f**king, parasitic, tight fisted, shitehawks, who?s only release is probably beating themselves over pictures of their immediate family?

I love the Mule. Please now begin your lecturing and berating?..

...don't believe the hype, not all white dog poo is magical...
