water damaged ds lite- fixable??

h,
dropped ds lite in sink full of water.

ds lite's Charge light comes on when plugged up.Sometimes , the screen comes up but it hangs after that.

does it need a new motherboard,is this fixable? if so, how?

Might need a new motherboard. Open it up and dry it out completely.
