Hello everyone

I just bough the LG Shine CU720, and i want to watch videos on it. I have Imtoo Encoders; and I have tried converting to .3gp, .mp4, ipod video .mp4 and none of those work. they all give me this error "format not supported"

Does anyone know a way to convert videos so that i can view them on my phone.
