Ripping music videos from DVD

Been doing some reading and searching. Still Confused..
I would like to rip my music (concert Ect..) DVDs to individual files. What is the best/easiest way to get my videos from DVD to the HD?

Try using DVDFab HD Decrypter to get your DVD onto your HDD. Then you can use DVD Shrink to make individual files.

dvd decrypter is the easiest method ,Intervideo DVD Copy6 works also

Thanks much for the replies. I'm going to give it a shot this weekend. Just to make sure I got it right.
1. DVDFab to rip the whole disk the HD.
2. DVD Shrink to cut it into the individual videos.
3. How do I convert the VOBs into AVI?

Thanks again for all the help. I read somewhere else that you could just change the extension from .vob to .mpeg and they will play in WMP. That seems to work what is the advantage of converting to .avi?
