Hello I have an empty device manager. I have tried to check the enum registry key I have even checked the plug play that is ok too. I have windows xp. although I have no device manager I am still able to get online. I first noticed the problem when I was trying to update to windows xp sp3. it always failed. that's when I noticed device manager is empty. I have eveb tried to go to a restore point on my computer but that didnt seem to help since it is only from last week. are there any other options I could try besides re-installing the OS? any advice would be greatly appreciated.
