Hey i just baught a new lexmark x2650 and evertime i go to print it says : "please insert ink cartrige: and then it gives me two optoins to continue and only print in bacl and white or buy some more ink cartriges.

i have swapped the ink cartridges around a couple of times because i have more than 1 but it the same happens.

what do i do :(

return to store for warranty replacement.
