hi there, just wanting to know how to overclock my ram - OCZ PC2-6400 platinum 2 x 1gb

my cpu is amd 64 x2 6000+

core speed: 3114.4Mhz
multiplier: 15.5
bus speed : 200.9Mhz
HT link : 1004.6Mhz

Ram timing

DRAM FREQ: 389.3Mhz
FSB:DRAM : CPU/8
CAS# LATENCY (CL) : 5.0 Clocks
RAS# TO CAS# DELAY (TRCD) : 5 Clocks
RAS# Precharge: 5 clocks
cycle time: 15 clocks
bank cycle time: 23 clocks
command rate: 2T

Hope thats all the info needed to help. its 800mhz ram and it doesnt seem to be running that fast

heres the picture of my ram bios screen. anyone help change the timings to make my ram faster than 389Mhz?
