I'm running gpSP Kai 3.2 test 8.7, and whenever I start it, it says that the BIOS is not regular. The games seem to work okay, though. Any idea why I'm getting that error or if I should get a new gba_bios.bin?

All it means is it's not an original GBA BIOS, basically it's probably been modified etc. If it runs the games fine then there's no need to get a different one.
