Alright so I have another issue. I was listening to itunes, and surfing the web when all of a sudden my Itunes closed, my computer froze and I was forced to reboot..Now when I open programs they are listed on the right side instead of on the left. Not sure if this is a virus or some settings I need to change. If you have any information on how to change this please let me know.

Here is what it looks like

try this

right click on task bar then select lock the task bar. then where your programs are on the task bar have a look and see if there is a little devider sort of thing next to then on the left if there is you need to drag it all he way to the left end of the task bar that should fix your problem.
