i have a xbox that i want to mod to simply run xbmc.
its been in storage for 4 years, hence the old school chip and bios.

any ideas of what my plan of attack should be?

can i get a new dashboard for my mod, new bios. seems a bit tough to find given the age of the original mod....
would that be enough... just update the bios for the xenium chip and maybe a modern dashboard...if so any suggestions that wont result in compatibilty issues????

any direction would be greatly appreciated....
