I am looking for a Digital camcorder that can also act as a webcam. The specs I'm looking for are:
1. Around $500
2. Internal Harddrive 40-60 Gb
3. Replaceable battery
4. Optical zoom 35X-
5. OIS
6. PC interface

Any help would be very much appreciated.
