Hello, I'm new to this forum. My issue is with a Matshita UJ-815a DVD-RAM on my brand new Acer notebook. I have EMTEC (formerly BASF) DVD-RW media and for some reason I cannot get a successful burn. Every DVD-RW cd that I place into the drive is read as a blank CD (even though there is data/video on it) and Nero 6.3.0.2 keeps giving me an "unspecified target error". I have no idea where to begin resolving this problem, as I am relatively new to the DVD scene. Thank you all in advance for your replies, and please just ask if you need any further information about my notebook to help solve this problem.
