Hi, I was wondering if someone can tell me how to unlock my Ipaq 6315 this is te IMEI #352795001624997. And other thing,when I turn on my phone and I try to find the IMEI # by pressing *#06#, the phone show me a message that say (the phone is off,please turn it on)how can I turn on the phone??? Please someone can help me?
