Get the M3 or R4 for DS gaming only?

I know that the M3 seems to be the choice over R4 for media apps. but all I'm looking for is the best choice for games only. I want to load up about 40 roms max, no music, video, etc. Please help a noob out. THANKS

Also, any suggestions where a good place to order this from? I'm still leaning towards the M3 real. Not needing rumble, GBA support, etc. Just reliability and good price.

I have the DS real and I pretty much only use it for gaming. I highly recommend it, it is really easy to use. Also, look up the main m3 ds real website, and it will have a list of resellers. Pick from one of them.
