i powered the pc but doesn't want to boot it keeps rebooting endlessly after that i tried putting Norton ghost cd but doesn't want to boot too.

going to bios to change boot priority to cd drive but without any effect and now the pc monitor don't work anymore it doesn't display any screen only the power button is blinking like a battery when near out of charge.

first i see the bios screen and the boot screen and now nothing at all
please help i don't know what really happens and how to solve this problem any idea will be helpful thanks.

is the blinking light on the montior? or the base unit?

either way, with almost all electronics the blinking power light means the device is in 'sleep' or 'standby' mode.

i think your graphics adapter may have died - that would explain why at first you couldnt boot windows (dying) an now dont have anything reaching the monitor (dead)..

blinking light on the monitor means the monitor has gone into 'standby' mode...

this means that it is not get any video from the computer...

that means that your graphics adapter may have died...

give it a good clean and get all that dust out - you never know...
