Diary of the Dead Impossible to back up

After a few years of bacjing up DVD's I've come across "Diary of the Dead" which just seems impossible to back up. I've tried dVD Decrypter, DVD Fab, DVDfab HD, Ripit4me w/ Decrypter, img burn, I've ripped in file mode as well as ISO and no dice. Anybody out there managed to back this up? Also, this disc is new and does play well but cannot be backed up.
