Read quite a few threads but saw no answer I could try

I have a 8.3 GB MKV file from a bluray disc..I have a PS3..

When I use TsMuxer to make a BR compliant file - it expands to 9.1 GB and now wont fit on a DVD-9..

I tried all options in TsMuxer with no success..

any ideas?
