Can't stream mkv files to xbox360 with TVersity 3.1.0.4

Hi, i've been playing around with TVersity and have got it to work but only with certain file types but i can't get it to work with mkv files.

When i select the mkv video file and press play the screen goes black and nothing works, i can't use the back button etc, after some time i get this error message:

The connection to your computer was lost, make sure your computer is turned on, connected to your network, and is running media sharing software, status code 53-C00DF238.

The mkv files play in WMP11, thanks for any help.
