how do u burn them

i downloaded TNA Impact

i open the folder and all i get is a file containning load of files with names such as r0-tnaimp.r65

You have to unrar them and it will probably give you an ISO, from that point, you would burn the ISO. Suggests DVD Decrypter or IMGBurn, Write Setting.
