Matrix Infinity or Duo Ultra

Hey all,

I had a PS2 with a Matrix Infinity chip. Unfortunately i amiled it off to a store to have some work done on it and it never arrived!!!

They have offered to replace the console with a brand new one but say they do not use the Matrix Infinity chip anymore, but will fit a Duo Ultra.

Is the duo ultra better/worse/same as the MI?

but would i notice any difference if i allowed the do ultra to be installed? Or should i insisit in the MI chip?

well the duo 3 ultra is very basic but is good,and the matrix infinity has dvd region free 512kb flash memory software upgrades and you can skip the ps2 logo at boot up fixes green screen and has a cd lens safe mode.

But make sure the dont send you the 1.44 infinity thats a fake one ask them and if they are then go with the duo.
