Hi all I just wanted to inform all my fellow users at AfterDawn to be cautious of a so called coec type that is geting circulated out there calle Xvod it is a virus trojan type file that just wastes your download quota and if you see that the movie or video file that you are downloading does not perview and tells yu to download the codec from a url shown bellow in the video file then just delete the download.

Xvod files are fakes and are Viruses

Bottom line is, never download codecs before doing research.

Seriously, video codecs are one of the most common ways people get infected, because research is not done.
