I am looking for a simple way to separate music and lyrics on some MP3 songs. I want to end up with just the music without the lyrics.

This is my first time to use this part of the forum so go easy on me.

It can be done, but some songs work better than others... A solid vocal position within the stereo image helps somewhat..

Audacity has a couple of plugins for this, but I haven't ever used them.
