Hi I joined these forums to solve a problem I have that I cant seem to firgure out hopefully one of you guys on here would be able to help?

I have Action Replay Max Evo but my PS2 has stopped playing CD's So I decided to burn it to DVD-R and load it up with LaunchElf from now on.
It worked perfect loaded up AR to the main menu no probs at all then when I try to choose the MAX MEMORY MANAGER option it starts to load then my PS2 comes up with that screen with the red clouds and INSERT PLAYSTATION 2 DISC or somthing similiar.

Now I was thinking is this because it loads seperatly when you choose the max memeory manager and of course as its a DVD-R backup the playstation doesnt recognise it?

heres the process I did for making the DVD-R

1) EXTRACTED THE ISO WITH ISO HUNTER
2) SCANNED ALL THE FILES WITH DVDSCAN LITE TO PATCH AS A DVD
3) PUT ALL THE FILES IN ORDER THAT ISO HUNTER EXTRACTED THEM
4) USED CDCDVDGEN TO BUILD IML FILE THEN REBUILT ISO
5) THEN BURNT WITH DVD DECRYPTER SPEED X1

heres the order I put the files in CDDVDGEN

armaxpc
big.dat
big2.dat
cod
dummy.zip
imres
intro.avi
memres
padding
ps2elf
res
sles_500.9
system.cnf

One more thing the files I had where actionreplay.ccd actionreplay.img actionreplays.sub but all I did was extract the actionreplay.img file with iso hunter

sorry for the long first post but im just trying to give as much info as I can hope someone can help thanks!!
