I'm wondering if anyone knows of software that could Convert a PALdvd to a NTSC dvd without having to rip the video and then encoding it back to dvd. Thanks
To save disks, I use VLC to test files before burning.
'Open' => 'Directory' then load the files:the menu should function as normal.
Also, burning to a re-writable disk to test.

Edit:before the above, try this method on the converted files.
It looks like it uses an extra step that may have an effect on the menus.
