Need help extracting audio from Disgaea: Hour of Darkness

I've been trying to find a way to extract the audio (more specifically, the English and/or Japanese language track) from Disgaea: Hour of Darkness, but I've not been having any luck at all. I've looked into the DVD and found a file called SNDPAK.PAK which is about 600 MB and that seems like the file I need, but I've been unable to open it in anyway. I've tried Winrar, a couple of .pak based programs, and have had no success.

Are there any programs or methods that are known to work with doing this? Remember, I'm looking specifically for the voice over tracks. Either language is fine, but ideally I'd like to get both, and if I'm able to extract one, the other can't be too hard to get too.
