No audio when creating DVD videos w/Nero 9 Vision

I recently upgraded to Nero 9 from Nero 7 due to plug-ins needed for burning AVI files and other video formats to DVD. Version 7 came bundled with my NAS device and some of the plugins were trial version only, specificaly the DVD Multichannel Plug in and the MPEG4 Decoder.

After upgrading to version 9 I'm still experiencing the same problem where the AVI file will record in High Quality format, but when I play the DVD, using my DVD player or media players (Windows Media Player or VNC Player), there is no audio. I do not receive any errors when the burn process is completed.

Any thoughts on why I'm not receiving audio? If I copy the file in its normal size instead of high quality DVD,I receive sound.
