Burning problems with external dvd burner NEC DVD RW ND-2500A 1.06

I used two burn programs like RecordNow & DVD decrypter and when i want to burn with dvd decrypter
i get the following error-> I/O error! Scsi status:0x02 Interpretation: Check condition CDB:2A 7x00 10 00 Interpretation: Write (10) - sectors: 0-15 Sense area 70 00 05 00 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 21 02 00 00 00 00 Interpretation: Invalid adress for write

Hi mate
I am unsure if you have the very latest firmware for your dvd writer there are a couple of 1.06 versions check http://www.herrie.org they have a firmware from december 2003. I had a prob with some cheap discs i wanted to use with dvddecyptor and a rebadged NEC drive i used hacked firmware from the above website and bobs your uncle everything was cool. It might just be the discs
