hello all,

I've had my Sony LCD hdtv for a while now and recently took out virgin media xl package with a v+ box.

I wasn't in when the engineer set it up but it appears although the hdmi cable is plugged in the box the tv is outputting through scart, therefore not benifitting from hi def picture.

Can anyone help with a step by step guide on how to get it working through hdmi?
