Bought a HTC PPC-6800 phone from this "gentleman" and
it came with a 100% money back guarantee if the phone could
not be activated, 100% guarantee of clean ESN.

I tried multiple attempts to resolve the issue with him,
I even called him up over the phone and spoke with him in person.

I warned him if he was completely unwilling to come to some
kind of resolution I would have no choice but to leave negative
feedback.

The last message he sent me was [edited for vulgar content]

Not very nice indeed.

I do not recommend this dealer (just my personal opinion
not trying to slander anybody) but that isn't very professional.

He was never willing to make me happy on the deal, wasn't
willing to do anything other than try and get out of the guarantee.

The phone was AS-IS, but the issue wasn't with the phone electronics itself,
the issue was with the ESN which he made very clear was "100% money back
guaranteed." in bold and red letters.

A guarantee is a guarantee. You can't try and worm out after you make a warranty on something. And its my opinion that is what he is doing.

I am filing a paypal complaint.
