Ok I've had no problems with Ubuntu as it detected the card fine so I could connect to my wireless network. I decided to try damn small linux as it was created for older systems like mine.

I've plugged in the usb card so I can connect to the internet. I then use the wireless internet card tool and it does not detect it. Am I doing something wrong or is dsl not compatible with usb wireless internet cards in that case I should switch to a different distro?

Thanks for your help.

EDIT: Ok don't worry I've found the driver's for it so no worries.
