I have downloaded the firmware but still cant seem to get all channels as it says they are scrambled. Do I need to download a certain software to rectify this?

Frustrated!?!?!?!?!

Its not up to date, S/W Ver should read 15 July, Follow the guide linked under my picture (Eurovox Flashing Guide) and download the Firmware from there.

That depends on where you are and who your provider is, if you look in the eurovox flashing guide you will be able to download the list and see for yourself.
