Hi,

I successfully converted one of my PAL DVD movies to NTSC, however I lost my subtitles in the process. What happened, and how can I get them back?

Here is what I did. I first took the original movie, a PAL version of HITLER: THE REIGN OF EVIL and ripped out the VOBs using DVD DECRYPTER.

Then, used DVD SHRINK to shrink out only the main feature, english audio, and spanish subtitles. After this, I still had the subtitles working properly.

Next, I used DVD2AVI and created a DTV video file and a WAV audio file and then ran the video file and the audio file through TMPGENC, reencoding both to NTSC conversion.

After this, I authored using DVD Builder, the new NTSC video and audio file. I tested playback. Video and audio work great with the new NTSC conversion but the Spanish subtitles I want are gone.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
