Thanks for looking. Anyway my other computer is one of my biggest and most important computer in this house. And every bits of files in there are extremely important! So here I go. I have installed Linux 2 months ago due to business reasons to run and compile stuff made for linux. Later on today, I was running out of space and knew that I had no more use to Linux Ubuntu "Hardy" version. And I have 2 partitions, one is a C drive the other is an L drive. And I installed linux on the L drive but somehow some of the files still showed up on my C drive (windows xp Pro) like unintall ubuntu, etc. Anyway, I first formatted the L drive under Disk Manager and was successfully completed. Then I uninstall Ubuntu from the C drive since thats where I found the uninstall.exe. Later, I rebooted since Windows has asked me. And it rebooted, but then I still see the dual-boot of Windows XP PRO or Linux. So i Googled around to see how to get rid of the Dual Boot and get the linux part off of the Dual Boot. And I learned it had to do something with grub and i followed these steps.

1. Insert Windows XP PRO CD-ROM and go into Recovery Console.
2. Select your Windows Partition and type in the following,
"fixboot" & then type in "fixmbr"

I did that and typed in "reboot"
and STILL gave me the dual boot for Windows and Linux. So i decided to do more research and when I click to Boot into Windows it shows me this error.

Autochk program not found- Skipping Autocheck

then it just suddenly reboots everytime. And so out of curiosity I clicked on Linux to boot into that and it just takes me to a Grub terminal.

I really need your help. Thanks!

EDIT***********
It seems that the Windows Partition is set inactive. How can I make it active from the Recovery Console or Linux GRUB terminal?

Never mind I got it to work, thanks to the channel ##windows on freenode irc. These are the steps

If this has ANYTHING related to linux then do this.

1. Boot into Linux GRUB terminal and type in the following

makeactive (then enter)

unhide (then enter)

reboot (then enter)

then thats it! you should be able to get into Windows!
