Hi,

Just a few days ago when i turn on my computer, this had happened.

I've searched and even tried the FixBlast.exe but no worm was found. My only option is to format. I cant do that at the moment until i backup some important files.
I almost tried the shutdown -a to stop the countdown but my computer pretty much froze, cant open anything or do anything. I tried to open My Document and backup the files i need but it wont open, it would just freeze up.

Please, im very desperate to retrieves those files which are very important to me. If anyone have had this problem before and was able to fix, please help me, please. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please help, thanks you
-Tony

Can you startup and run in safe mode in order to run your antivirus and anti malware apps?

Hi tonyx614

1.
Please reboot your computer into Safe Mode With Networking by doing the following:
? Restart your computer
? After pressing the power button, repeatedly tap the F8 key.
? Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
? Select the option to run Windows in Safe Mode With Networking, then press Enter.
? Choose the administrator's account.

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and install it. Follow the prompts and reboot if required.

Launch Malwarebytes either by running C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe or double-click the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware shortcut on your Desktop.

Configuring Malwarebytes

? Click on the tab Settings.
? Make sure only these boxes are checked:

Terminate Internet Explorer
Automatically save and display logfile after removal
Always scan memory objects
Always scan registry objects
Always scan filesystem
Always scan extra and heuristics objects

Updating Malwarebytes

? Click on the tab Update.
? Press the button Check for Updates
? Wait for Malwarebytes to be fully updated.

Scanning Time

? Click on the tab Scanner.
? Check Perform full scan and click on Scan
? Wait for the scan to complete, and then click on Show Results.
? Make sure all items are checked, then click on Remove Selected.
**If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If you are asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post A Log

? A text box will pop up after the removal process is over. Post the contents of the text here.
? If no text box pops up, launch Malwarebytes, and click on the tab Logs.
? The logs will appear as mbam-log-*date-*time.txt. Select the latest one, and then click on Open.
? Post the log here.

2.
? Please open Notepad.
? Ensure that Format>Word Wrap is unchecked.
? Copy and paste the following into Notepad:

@echo off
sc stop sysbus32 > c:\sysbus32.txt
sc delete sysbus32 >> c:\sysbus32.txt
attrib -h -s -r %WinDir%\system32\drivers\sysbus32.sys >> c:\sysbus32.txt
del %WinDir%\system32\drivers\sysbus32.sys >> c:\sysbus32.txt
start notepad c:\sysbus32.txt
exit

? Save this as fix.bat onto your Desktop.
? Double click on fix.bat.
? A Command Prompt window will open and close quickly. This is normal.
? Post the contents of the Notepad window which pops up here.

Best Regards :D

PS: If you can somehow download Malwarebytes on another computer, and then transfer the installer over to the infected computer, it will save a great deal of time.

i've also download the scanner tool from microsoft to scan worm and such but it would freeze while scanning.

by the way, if i downloaded it to a usb drive and have it transfer to the infested computer. would that work?

i will post my result here. thank you guys!
