PGEN help! sound working but no screen.

I got PGEN and some roms onto my USB flash drive, and i load it up on my PS2 with swap magic, and it seems to work, but I can't see anything. I can hear the music but can't see the screen properly. All I see are a couple lines going horizontal. I have an HDTV. I tried holding R1+R2+L1+L2 and Start or Select, but that didnt work. please help me out.
