Hello I have tried everything to get these disks backed up, and I need help!

I'm pretty new to all of this but I have been backing up DVD?s with DVD shrink and if I ever had a problem DVDFab would get me by. I don't think I have backed up a Disney media yet, and I think this may be the problem.

I running a
1.83 AMD processor with 768 or Ram. I have an external HD of 200gig hooked up but I always rip to my computers hard drive as there is room. I?m using a Lite On SHM165H63.


I have tried used DVD Shrink normally, then I dried using DVD Fab ripping to my HD then using DVD Shrink. I the tried adding VOB blanker, and then Fixvts.

I still have the same problem of when encoding my computer freezes and times out with the cyclic redundancy check. I have tried deep analysis. Randomly one time (and I cant remember which route) It made it up to 97%. Every other time it has been in the 30-60 range.

I remember having troubles with my burner a year ago and I did the making sure everything was on DMA mode. It currently is.

Can someone please help?

I just can't figure out what you're trying to say here.
Are you having problems ripping with DVDFab or are you having problems burning?
What version of DVDFab are you using?

I have no problem decrypting it. When Dvdshrink goes to analyze it is when it times out and gives me the error

Are you saying that this happens when you first open Shrink or when you click on backup?

Yes when when I go to back up. It can happen when I do full disk, and when I try and re author it also.

Process your ripped files to a new folder with VobBlanker. Open the new folder with DVD Shrink. Backup to an ISO or a new folder.

I thought ISO was only for DVD menus Im trying to cut all he menus and extra stuff out anyways.

Yes I just tried Voblanker for the 2nd time. What could be wrong?? I keep getting the out of memeory error or the runtime error.

Try processing the files with FixVTS.
