Nero 8 Ultra missing Blu-ray options

I have 8.3.6.0 Ultra, an LG GGC-H20L and the BD / HD-DBD plugin, but no option to burn either one in Nero Burning ROM. I can watch both formats in Nero Showtime and have the Blu-ray option in Nero Vision. I feel like I must be overlooking something here. Nero support has not bothered to reply to my support request for this issue other than the automated "We have recieved your request" response.

If I understand your question you assume your Bluray drive can burn Blurays, That Model cannot..it plays them only..it will only burn regular DVD discs...
